the bead group I belong to is having a competition titled "At the Zoo"
we're to make something on that theme for the judging then the winners will be on display at the State Fair in August.
I'm thinking about making a cuff bracelet that looks like zebra skin with bead embroidery
got to love those zebras!
finished another afghan square last night -- number 33 since the first of January
the Christmas sweater is 27.073% complete -- almost done with the body of the sweater -- then it's on to the sleeves and the hood
three of the four corners of the Hoffman Challenge are complete, but because I had to pick out some of the quilting I'm not going to have it all finished before our quilt guild meeting tomorrow night -- rats! Oh well --- there's always next month!! then it will be on it's way to the competition.
last night I started stitching down the "stalks" for the holly hocks --- there will be 5 of those, then the flowers go on
time to get to it!
