beading and stitching

here is the progress so far on the beading project

all of the red and gray spots are done

there are 3 more spots that will be black and the rest will be white

I'm using a variety of subtly different beads of each color and running the rows of beads in different directions to make it more interesting

the other stitching that continues is the work on the black and white part of the Hoffman Challenge piece

do we sense a pattern here? seems were in black and white mode just now -- I have been thinking about the Hawaii piece again though, so color will return before long
